To The Segura Family, I am very sorry for your loss. Nothing said can make things better. I will say my prays that you all of you can have strength & courage in your time of need. I hope that knowing Zip is healed & has no pain any longer helps you all. I too know this lost to cancer & the only thing I think that matters is to keep your faith & be there for each other. There is no right or wrong way to mourn. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

From the time our families became united thru our sons sports activities, you were always that Happy Host...back when Chad n Jimmy played traveling soccer n comm ed basketball, our team of parents along with our son\'s, could always count on Zip to prepare foods...my husband and I shared fond memories of this kind man..we recall rainstorms where Zip preplanned n packed coolers, portable tents along with his grill to stand off on his own preparing food for our athletes and families...many fond memories of \"the guys fish fry\" events, the memories of taking Susie along with the gang to go fishing...can recall the time he met with me to purchase the best fishing rod for my husband\'s bday, the love n hugs given while my eldest son was fighting in the Iraqi war, how he surprised us with yummy yummy food just to say he cared...YES this man truly did care for all, just a wonderful, loving, kind, funny man...you have made a place in our hearts, we will LOVE n miss you...thank you Zip, our family sends our hopes for the best everlasting...with sincere appreciation and love, Jon, Cyndie, Jon, Rob and Jim Simpson...you dear heart blessed us !!!

It's a very sad day for us today. Hours have only passed since the word of your passing and you are deeply missed. We thank you for your friendship, cook outs, fishing and golf outings but most of all your presents at all the kids sporting events. CRAWDADDY (Rest In Peace)

I knew Zip in High School. I just now saw his memory in face-book. I moved to another high school where he and I were competitors. I have always remembered him all this time. That's the kind of personality he had. I pray he knew Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. May God bless his family and may they all be blessed to know God more In Christ. God Bless. Dwain
